1. Order Processing

 

 

  • All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We will contact customers via email or phone if additional shipping fees are required based on the delivery address and item size/weight.

2. Shipping Fees

 

 

  • Due to the nature of fitness equipment (heavy and oversized), shipping fees will vary depending on your location.

  • After placing your order, we will send a separate invoice for the shipping fee if it is not automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are required to pay the shipping fee within 5 working days after receiving the invoice.

3. Failure to Pay Shipping Fee or Requesting Return Due to Shipping Costs

 

 

  • If a customer fails to pay the required shipping fee after the order is placed, or chooses to cancel/return the order due to shipping cost concerns,

    only 95% of the product price will be refunded.

  • Shipping fees (if already paid) are non-refundable.

 

4. Delivery Times

 

 

  • Estimated delivery times range from 3–10 business days depending on the destination and courier availability.

  • Delays caused by courier companies or force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes) are beyond our control.
