Our 1.8m Freestanding Boxing Dummy is designed for boxing, martial arts, and combat fitness training. It offers a realistic target area for practising punches, combinations, and striking techniques.

The human-shaped silicone upper body provides a realistic striking target, while the reinforced four-spring shock absorption system allows responsive, controlled movement when struck.

The heavy-duty base can be filled with water or sand for added weight and stability. For extra grip, the base also features 16 heavy-duty suction cups, making it a practical alternative to a traditional hanging punching bag.

Train with clearly defined target areas across the head, chest, and torso. This dummy is ideal for repeated boxing and martial arts training where accuracy, combinations, and target selection are important.
